RETURNS POLICY (UK)

1. Returns Eligibility: 

   – Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. 

   – Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. 

   – We cannot accept returns for items that have been altered, damaged, or used. 

2. Return Process: 

   – To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customercare@ginasvogue.com within 3 days of receiving your order. 

   – Our team will provide you with a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item(s). 

   – Please securely package the item(s) and include the RAN inside the package. 

   – You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. 

3. Refund Process: 

   – Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund. 

   – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 

   – Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. 

4. Exchanges: 

   – If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. 

   – Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued instead. 

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items: 

   – If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for assistance. 

   – We will arrange for a return label and cover the return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items. 

6. Non-Returnable Items: 

   – For hygiene reasons, certain items such as swimwear, underwear, and earrings are non-returnable unless they are faulty or incorrect.
